First Burn Matters

Allow your candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface. This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures an even burn for future use.

Trim the Wick

Before each burn, trim the wick to approximately 5mm. This reduces smoking, soot, and uneven flames.

Burn Time

Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time. Allow the wax to fully cool before relighting.

Avoid Drafts

Keep away from open windows, fans, and air vents to prevent uneven burning.

Safe Placement

Always place on a heat-resistant surface and never move while lit or when wax is liquid.

When to Stop Burning

Discontinue use when approximately 1–2cm of wax remains at the bottom of the jar.
